I moved from Atlanta to Sarasota to take advantage of the warmer weather, as well as excellent medical care. As someone with a disability, exercise is extremely important in maintaining what strength I have, and I was wondering what type of trainers would be available to me in my new town. Fortunately, I have a swimming pool and also a workout room, but did not have a personal trainer. I tried a few trainers in different parts of town, but none of them were really a fit for me. One of them was kind enough to refer me to Monique, since she is equally adept at water based exercise as well as land-based, plus would come to my home. We’ve been working together for about 5 years, and I could not be happier! She has a gentle way about her, but is also a serious taskmaster, plus has tons of experience and credentials. I feel fortunate to have brought her into my life as an excellent trainer, as well as a friend.
